With you. BgLetter maintains no contact database. You provide the recipient list as a CSV for each send; it is used only for that send and deleted automatically no later than 30 days afterwards — together with the content and the tracking events. The only things kept permanently are the unsubscribe list, the subject line and anonymous key figures.
Yes. You connect your own mailbox — for example Gmail, Microsoft 365 or your provider’s mailbox. Technically, sending runs through your own address. We are the Channel, never the sender, and we provide no sending infrastructure of our own.
The servers are in Germany (EU) and BgLetter is operated under the GDPR. For your recipients’ data you are the controller and we are the processor — the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR applies automatically with your account. Every bulk send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are observed permanently.
Yes. A newsletter is only one of the content types. Through the same Channel you send invoices, payment reminders, appointment reminders, order confirmations and notifications — with a PDF attachment, a personal greeting and an optional payment button or SEPA QR code.
There is a permanently free plan and fixed, predictable pricing from €29 a month — with no surcharge per email sent. You start without payment details and can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the billing period.
